A highly-advanced basic oxygen furnace 2 has now been installed at Dazhou Steel in China’s Sichuan Province.
The furnace has been pushed into its position and the BOF2 building has been fully enclosed by CISDI, the project’s EPC-based service provider.
Following the success of these core construction challenges, the steelmaking plant is sprinting towards the installation of its mechanical and electrical pipework.
To achieve higher standards of quality and efficiency at Dazhou, CISDI has implemented its highly advanced, green, low-carbon and smart total solutions, encompassing:
✔ single ladle hot metal transfer process
✔ duplex BOF vanadium-extracting melting tech
✔ CISDI-SACS (self-adaptive constraint system) BOF featuring a 4-point linkage suspension system
✔ oxygen lance fast changing device
✔ BOF primary dry dust collection system
✔ ladle furnace with two cars at a single duty position
✔ smart logistics
✔ fume analysis.
