Zenith Nantong to launch iSmartONE
Date:2024/2/7 Source: CISDI
Zenith Nantong Steel has placed an order to CISAI Tech for its patented iSmartONE hot metal transport system.
The company’s steel park is a coastal benchmark of high-end products and green, smart manufacturing, and has seen an investment of around US$1.40 billion. Step 1 of its Phase One has been running since 2023.
CISDI has been applauded for its role as a special contributor to the park’s digital construction and its high-standards of equipment, environmental protection benefits and management procedures.
This latest order will upgrade the current hot metal transport system to smart, and will involve a sector first - the application of CISAI’s AI+5G battery electric vehicle iSmartONE.
There are 10 BEVs to be modified. They will feature the following functions:
• driverless all-weather, full-process hot metal transportation
• integrated positioning and tracking
• parking alignment and precise control
• automatic coupling and de-coupling
• automatic parking
• automatic charging
• automatic opening/closing of the hot metal ladle cover
• smart scheduling and production control.
The iSmartONE will enhance the turnover rate of hot metal transportation, reduce the occurrence of hot metal temperature drop, and optimise manpower and transport costs.
The iSmartONE will transform existing hot metal transport locomotives at Zenith Nantong Steel
