CISDI is heading for another global engineering first - the creation of smart robots for a scrap production line in China.
Unmanned and smart grabbing tech will be applied for the first time in the world.
CISDI’s specialists have been working on solutions for a number of critical issues which must be overcome. Enclosed, precise hydraulic control for mechanical equipment is vital, as are accurate sensing abilities in highly complicated conditions.
They have also been hard at work on honing autonomous driving and multi-unit clustering and collaborating capabilities, other extremely challenging problems which face the smart development of heavy machinery.
CISDI’s smart robot is capable of self-sensing, autonomous decision-making, automated operation and multi-unit collaboration.
The robot tech and equipment will help to build a benchmark smart scrap plant, a major step forward in the quest for achieving unmanned operation onsite, with one-touch operation, optimal workplace safety, refined management, remote service, visualised quality and cost, intensive systematic management and collaborative supply and demand services.
