The first heat of refined liquid steel has been successfully tapped from the new LF2, marking an end to the mammoth task carried out at Liuzhou by CISDI in recent years.
The steel company, which is based in Liuzhou City in China’s Guangxi Province, now has three CISDI-made LFs.
CISDI was in charge of all quality and schedule requirements, including mechanical and electric equipment design, manufacturing, supply and technical assistance services.
